Great concept, terrible customer service

Taxibeat was my go-to app for ordering taxis. After moving to a new country and not speaking the language, I was relieved to find and app that was in English and one that directed me to taxis I could trust. However, the app began to crash and, after a few failed attempts at ordering a taxi, I was subsequently blocked. I received an email asking what went wrong and told them it was not human error but a technical one (I was in no way abusing the service). I did not hear back from Taxibeat and sent them several requests to be unblocked. Theyve never got back to me and have not unblocked me and it has been a month and a half. The app will now be deleted and Ill go on using the half a dozen other excellent taxi apps available out there. Great disappointment, Taxibeat!
